CANCELLATIONS

If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so within 24-48 hours of your appointment time. If canceled after the 24-hour mark, I may charge you 50% of the service. I do understand that emergencies take place, but please also note that your appointment could have been filled by another eager lash client!

CLEAN LASHES

If you are a new or returning client, please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. The reason that this is important is that debris such as mascara, strip lash glue, oil, makeup, etc. breaks down the effectiveness of the lash glue, leading to poor retention of your beautiful extensions! Clients that arrive with dirty lashes will be charged a cleaning fee which could take over your allotted lashing time.

EXTENSION PREPARATION

  • Please arrive to your appointment with a fresh face, clean of all makeup and oily/ thick moisturizers.

  • Remove contacts to avoid discomfort.

  • Avoid wearing waterproof mascara three days before your appointment.

  • Please do not curl, tint, or perm your lashes three days prior to your appointment.
